Acting as consultants for Parachute we were tasked with doing a post VC launch site audit in order to help them grow their business. As we only had 2 weeks of funding we had to be very specific with what we could help them with in this short time.
This was the problem that I aimed to solve:
-How do we bring the meaningful elements of the Parachute brand forward while supporting the clean aesthetics of the site and product?
And this was the approach:
-Organize the information in a way that is meaningful to the users and meets the goals of the business.
I made suggestions around improving SEO, eliminating dead-ends, refining the information architecture and allowing the site visitors to interact more immersively with the product. To this end I advised on how to art direct photo shoots and gave advice on content strategy and branding voice.
